Garland Police Officer Shane Korinek talks to 11-, 12-, and 13-year-old students about the dangers of gang activity, vandalism, bullying, and cyber bullying at Vista Academy of Garland on April 14.
Students also learned the importance of personal responsibility and the effects of behavioral problems with middle and high school students.
